At Celsius, we are not! What we weren’t expecting, however, is that these changes are happening 10 years ahead of our forecasts. Indeed, the changes we are experiencing, due to the situation we are facing in 2020, are a shock for many companies and have led to great rethinking of the structure and management of sales. Now, the good news is that the trends we see coming since 2012 in the transformation of the sales function in organizations are becoming a reality. Which means that part of the solution has already been written. We now need to adapt it to the future reality of our environment (sectors, markets…).
