I HAVE BEEN A CONSULTANT IN MANAGEMENT, CORPORATE STRATEGIES AND STRATEGIC MARKETING SINCE 1975.
After a few years at the service of international firms PricewaterhouseCoopers inc. and Samson Bélair Deloitte & Touche, in the early 1980s, I founded my own firm which became in 1989: Groupe Dancause and Associees Inc.Over time, I participated in the execution of mandates in nearly 600 companies and organizations from regions all over Quebec and abroad, many of which have focused on strategic planning, marketing strategies, organizational changes at the senior management level, executive coaching or as a facilitator of seminars.
Specialist of situations that occur in the external environment of companies, I give lectures on different occasions or in businesspeople’s meeting. I lead seminars about major trends that companies must consider in the development of their development strategies. For 16 years, I have been the author of the Dancause Group’s quarterly newsletter, InfoRéseau. In addition to which, I also publish articles for the conferences and seminars in which I am called to participate. I am also a faculty team member of the sales and marketing certification program at University Laval. (Quebec city)
Partner member of the ‘’Groupement des chefs d’Entreprise du Québec’’ since 1989, I have also been, since 2008, Administrateur de Sociétés accrédité (ASC) (Accredited Company Administrator), a certification awarded by University Laval and McMaster University.
